...was noticing the missed periods and getting positive results
on the home pregnancy test (which I administered twice, just to be
certain)!
Then came 3 months of all-day sickness and aversion to fish,
chicken, meat and veg. I managed to survive on only eggs, bread, fruits
and goat’s milk (in powder form from Hi-Goat brand). So it’s no wonder
that my HB level weren’t above normal. Even now at 6 months, my HB has
only increased slightly but I’m still thankful for that.
Also I have
bleeding gums and 3 weeks ago a lesion on my tongue bled non-stop until I
had to undergo a minor operation to remove it. The hospital still
haven’t managed to get the result of the biopsy. But thank goodness
that’s all over. I could barely talk nor eat with the stitches on my
tongue although I think I only received 4 stitches. With the stitches removed and
tongue healed, all is back to normal except for the bleeding gums which
I hear is common especially with twin pregnancy.
